Problem
The VMC Group offers bespoke design, engineering, and production services tailored to the needs of industrial OEM, commercial construction, and military & aerospace sectors. They faced challenges with extended sales cycles of 2 to 14 days, requiring considerable manual effort from their engineering team. A heavy reliance on manual processes constrained their ability to scale. The absence of technological efficiencies implied that their sales procedures were not easily replicable.
Our Vision
Roko was asked to optimize and accelerate VMC’s top-line growth by developing a modern cloud-based product that would enable VMC clients to independently create, analyze, and order services and products, reducing the sales cycle from days to hours. The new system, E-Generator, would improve sales scalability by minimizing reliance on engineering talent and ensuring a repeatable, consistent, and user-friendly experience.

We started with extensive research on user persona development, key workflows, and initial MVP-value creation objectives.
The new platform was launched, streamlining customer purchases of products and services directly through the platform. Roko supported the company-wide rebranding and marketing effort, focused on the E-Generator platform. E-Generator is now a cornerstone of VMC’s strategic business plans.
Roko Labs built an industry-first, proprietary, web-based platform that commercial construction engineers could leverage to automate vast portions of their complex calculation and assessment workflow.
