ROKO Labs is seeking a Vice President, Product Management to lead a diverse portfolio of enterprise software client engagements. The VP, Product Management will oversee discovery, strategy, and execution across multiple digital product initiatives—bridging user needs, business objectives, and technical delivery.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to client executives and internal teams, driving clarity of vision, alignment of priorities, and excellence in delivery. You’ll lead product strategy engagements from concept through launch, guiding decisions on customer experience, technical investment, and long-term product evolution.
Responsibilities
Own and guide the strategic and functional evolution of client products, ensuring solutions address real user needs and business objectives.
Proactively recommend new functionality, enhancements, and investments based on your product expertise and awareness of market and technology trends.
Manage the high-level direction of major client initiatives and drive execution across multidisciplinary Roko Labs and client teams.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, partnering directly with executives and senior stakeholders.
Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and user experience strategy sessions with clients, end users, and cross-functional teams.
Define success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for client initiatives; establish measurement frameworks to track outcomes.
Partner with internal delivery leads to refine processes, improve efficiency, and evolve product management best practices across the organization.
Develop a deep understanding of each client’s strategic objectives, providing structured recommendations for achieving their goals through product strategy and execution.
Support organizational initiatives such as developing team growth plans, mentoring rising product leaders, and helping shape Roko Labs’ product practice at scale.
Participate in client proposal development, scoping, negotiation, and renewal discussions.
Qualifications
12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in senior, external client-facing or consulting roles.
Proven experience leading digital product strategy, definition, and execution for enterprise software or technology-driven organizations.
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud, and modern product development principles.
Experience advising executive stakeholders on roadmap prioritization, product vision, and go-to-market strategy.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
Deep familiarity with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Ability to build and mentor teams, foster trust, and encourage continuous improvement and innovation.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Advanced proficiency with common business tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field.
