Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy became effective on September 3, 2015.

ROKO Labs LLC (“Rokolabs” or “we”) has prepared this Privacy Policy to describe our practices regarding the information we collect from visitors to our website located at www.rokolabs.com (the “Corporate Site”).

Our Corporate Site provides information about ROKO Labs and the services we provide. It is also a portal for customers of the ROKO Mobi Platform (“Platform”) to sign in to the Platform. A “Site Visitor” is anyone who visits our Corporate Site.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of important changes by posting a notice on the Corporate Site. The Privacy Policy posted on the Corporate Site will say when that version went into effect. If you continue to use the Corporate Site after a change, then you have accepted the new Privacy Policy.

The Corporate Site is controlled and operated from the United States. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy and our collection, use and disclosure of your information are governed by U.S. law. The Corporate Site is not intended to subject Rokolabs or any of its affiliates to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States.

1.Information collected

“Personal Information” is information that can be used to identify a specific living person. Typical examples of Personal Information include your name, email address, postal address, and telephone number. Personal Information also includes information that is linked to your Personal Information for so long as it is so linked. “Other Information” is information that is not sufficient to identify a specific person.

The Corporate Site and Platform are available only to individuals who are 13 years or older. The Corporate Site is not directed to children younger than 13 years old, and ROKO Labs does not knowingly collected Personal Information from children younger than 13 years old.

2. About personal information collected by the corporate site and platform
